Do You Qualify to Invest?

The SEC requires individuals to meet certain criteria for access to sophisticated funds.

I am an Accredited Investor

A person who has either an annual income of $200,000 individually (or $300,000 if filing jointly) OR has net worth of at least $1 million, excluding their primary residence. For clarity, this does NOT mean you are required to invest $1 million, this simply means you meet the Government set threshold to access certain funds.

I am a Qualified Purchaser

This is someone who has an investment portfolio of $5 million or more, excluding their primary residence. This can include liquid and illiquid investments, real estate, passively held business interests, etc.. There are also entities that can be considered a Qualified Purchaser. This does NOT mean that you are required to invest $5 million.
