This is someone who has an invested portfolio of $5 million or more, excluding their primary residence. This can include liquid and illiquid investments, real estate, passively help business interests, etc...There are also entities that can be considered a Qualified Purchaser.
A person who has either an annual income of $200,000 individually (or $300,000 if filing jointly) OR has a net worth of at least $1 million, excluding primary residence.
I don't currently meet the criteria above.
