• OBJECTIVE: Significant uncorrelated capital appreciation
• MINIMUM INVESTMENT: $1,000,000¹ (Qualified money accepted)
• SUBSCRIPTIONS: Qualified Purchasers will be accepted until final close
• MANAGEMENT FEE (Includes Underlying): 1.75%^1,2
• CARRIED INTEREST (Includes Underlying): 20% after a full return of capital plus an 8% preferred return
• LIQUIDITY: Annual Secondary Process after two years from final close
• INITIAL CAPITAL CALL: 2.5% due in January 2025
• K-1 TIMING: Late Summer*
