Holt serves as a Senior Vice President of Investment Management. He is responsible for sourcing and evaluating new investments as well as monitoring existing investments. Holt also assists the company by facilitating the ability of outside investors, including family offices, registered investment advisors, and institutions to co-invest alongside the firm’s principals & shareholders.
Holt has over 10 years of experience in finance and investment management. Most recently, Holt served as Vice President at McNair Interests, a privately held investment and management company headquartered in Houston. While at McNair Interests, Holt oversaw a variety of investments, due diligence, contract negotiations, and financial analysis and also served on the company’s Investment, Real Estate, and Life Sciences committees. Prior to McNair Interests, Holt served as an analyst at Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, Inc. (HFF), a leading U.S. capital markets intermediary acquired by JLL in 2019. While at HFF, Holt helped facilitate over $3 billion of debt placement and investment sales assignments across HFF’s key commercial real estate asset classes including multifamily, office, industrial, retail, hospitality, and medical office.
Holt graduated from Rice University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sports Management and received his Master of Business Administration from the Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University. While an undergraduate, Holt was a four-year letterman on the Rice University Division 1 baseball team. Outside of work, Holt serves on Baylor College of Medicine’s Board of Advisors and enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
