1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to the CAZ Investments LP SMS Alert Program ("Program"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not subscribe to or participate in the Program.

2. Program Description

The CAZ Investments LP SMS Alert Program provides team members with text message notifications about market conditions and other relevant business information. This program is intended solely for internal team member communications and is not open to the general public.

3. Eligibility

To participate in the Program, you must:

• Be a current team member of CAZ Investments LP
• Have a valid CAZ Investments email address
• Have a mobile phone capable of receiving SMS messages
• Be located in a jurisdiction where the Program is available
• Provide valid consent to receive SMS messages

4. Consent and Opt-In

By completing the subscription form and checking the consent checkbox, you:

• Consent to receive SMS text messages from CAZ Investments LP
• Confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number provided
• Understand that message and data rates may apply
• Acknowledge that this consent is not a condition of employment

5. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on market conditions and business needs. During periods of high market volatility, you may receive multiple messages per day. During quieter periods, you may receive fewer messages. We will make reasonable efforts to limit messages to those that are relevant and necessary.

6. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of the Program at any time by:

• Replying STOP: Text STOP to any message to immediately unsubscribe from all SMS alerts
• Contacting Support: Email support@cazinvestments.com or call 1-800-CAZ-INVEST

Upon opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive Program messages. Opting out does not affect your employment status.

7. Help and Support

For assistance with the Program, reply HELP to any message or contact us at support@cazinvestments.com or 1-800-CAZ-INVEST. Our support team is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time.

8. Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply to SMS messages based on your mobile carrier and service plan. CAZ Investments LP is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier. Please consult your carrier's terms for more information.

9. Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator. CAZ Investments LP is not responsible for messages that fail to send or are delayed due to technical issues with carriers or network providers.

10. Content of Messages

Messages may include information about market conditions, trading alerts, internal announcements, and other business-related communications. Messages are for informational purposes only and should not be construed as investment advice. All content is proprietary and confidential to CAZ Investments LP.

11. Confidentiality

Information received through the Program may contain confidential and proprietary information. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of all Program content and not share it with unauthorized parties. This obligation survives termination of your participation in the Program or employment with CAZ Investments LP.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. CAZ INVESTMENTS LP DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PROGRAM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CAZ INVESTMENTS LP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PROGRAM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

14. Modifications to Terms

CAZ Investments LP reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the Program or other reasonable means. Your continued participation in the Program after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Termination

CAZ Investments LP reserves the right to suspend or terminate your participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination of employment, your access to the Program will automatically terminate.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Houston, Texas.
